Car park manhole repair

As you can see from the photo the brickwork below the manhole frame has completely failed due to general wear and tear, frost damage and old age.


Completed Job

We removed the manhole cast iron frame, replaced two courses of failed bricks and mounted the manhole frame on a concrete bed. The damaged tarmac around the outside was cut back and replaced with a smooth concrete finish to the client's specification and satisfaction.

Gutter clean and repair.

We were initially called to this job just to clean out the gutters as part of their routine maintenance. The client had also had a few issues with slight water ingress within the store.


Completed Job

After thoroughly cleaning out the gutter we found that a lot of the joints on the single ply membrane had become de-bonded. On this occasion, the client wanted a complete overhaul of the gutter.

We decided that a liquid roof product would give better and longer lasting results. The gutter was primed and then a Triflex single coat system applied to the whole area.

Aluminium down pipe repair

After years of wear and tear the lower sections of these gutter downpipes were looking a bit tired and worse for wear.

We replaced the lower sections with an exact colour match and cleaned out the gully inlet at the same time.


Factory refurbishment

We were called to this job after the tenant vacated the unit and left it in a poor state of repair. The landlord was unable to re-let the building.

Completed Job

We removed block work offices the tenant had built and left. We also removed steelwork structures, the floors were repaired with self-level compound and holes in the walls were filled. We then painted the complete unit.

The toilets were tiled and the offices fitted with new carpet tiles.

As you can see the unit now looks great and can be easily re-let.
